Austin grew up in the area and is a proud Ozarks native. He has been in the construction industry for 17 years. Ever since he was around twelve years old, he has held a deep respect for builders. His grandfather owned an HVAC company, and he spent time as a kid riding around in his truck to look at potential jobs. He received a bachelor's degree in construction Management and after graduation went to work for a commercial construction company as a Project Engineer. For the five years he was there the company consistently ranked in the Top 50 in America.

Just after graduating college at 22, Austin bought and remodeled his first house. After leaving the corporate world and starting his own business in 2013, he has been a part of several new construction homes, remodels, flips, and commercial projects. 

Austin is the President of the Great Springfield Home Builders Association. He was the builder of 2021 St. Jude’s Dream Home, a Springfield Business Journal 2021 Top Forty Under Forty, and 2021 Christian County Top Ten Under 40.
